1. a) anthropomorphism: is the attribution of uniquely human characteristics to non-human creatures and beings, natural and supernatural phenomena, material states and objects or abstract concepts. (Wikipedia.com)
b) Describe what he is applying it to in the chapter?
The animals don't have the same capability as the human have; even if the behaviors are the same, they don't have the same meaning.
2. a) What is erratic retaliation? Give as good as you get, but don't be too predictable.
b) Because it keeps everybody vigilant and avoids serious combats.
c) Because everybody else will join and create an alliance against them , they will loose the
balance .
